Had a good shopping experience. They had to get a fax from my vet to pick up prescription diet food I need for my dog. They unfortunately did not have all the food I needed. Dry food was a bit more pricey than my bets office. But I have to await the wet food to become available to me hopefully within a few days. Pretty good customer service. They also did not have the fish water filters in stock I needed either. Need to be more on top of their orders. But otherwise good on customer service.
The store is good, but stay away from the grooming salon. Looks like they are really not bothered about my dogs, they smell good when they come out but either the ears are not cleaned or the belly is dirty. I mean why would I pay you $25 if you cannot clean the ears, when you say that ear cleaning is included in the grooming? Never had an issue with other petsmart grooming salons in other cities/state.
Great in-house vet clinic. Reasonably priced food and toys. Welcoming cashiers.
Great place for anything related to pets. Dog loves the pet hotel and the staff is great. Prices are average but they often have special offers.
